I have always been curious about the human experience, the way we think, feel and experience the world around us. I strive to hold curiosity for each unique experience and I am passionate about supporting those seeking to reconnect with their truest, most authentic self.
I truly believe that the answers lie within, that we all have a deeper knowing and truth we’ve lost touch with for various reasons and I strive to create a space to find our way back.
With the ultimate goal of connection, I will work with each individual to heal. We will work together to challenge and unlearn our deepest conditionings. We will heal wounded parts of self, create space for grief and process past traumas, let go of negative belief systems and bravely step into authenticity. I will stand witness to each story. I will serve as a gentle mirror allowing each individual to feel seen and I will utilize my education and skills to guide this experience.
When I’m not standing alongside my clients, I’m honoring my own truth, practicing vulnerability, striving to live authentically and finding the courage to do it my way. You can find me outside, exploring all the beauty Northern California has to offer and raising my family in the sweet community I grew up in.
